Budgets and schedules are prepared to meet individual requirements, in any currency and in all formats including Movie Magic, AICP and those used by all the major studios.
LOCATIONS AND LOCATION PERMITS
With our 15 years experience we can organize shooting in the most famous and well known places in whole Italy, in regions such as Tuscany, Sicily and Liguria or in all of the main cities.
But… we love to discover for you virgin and unseen locations, and be creative partners of the project.
We do pre-production research and provide a complete logistics. Our goal is to optimize the resources, minimize transport time and overtiming, and maximize the effective shooting time.
We manage profitable and on-going relationships with the various governments and police departments in order to have all the shooting permits, including those for historical sites and government buildings.
We also advise on areas offering tax based incentives or government benefits and other local reward programs.
CREWS
As we can choose within a full range of multilingual and strong specialized filmmaking professionals, we can organize top quality support for producers shooting in Italy.
CASTING
In Italy there are 200 nationalities, origins range from Arab to German, with everything in between, Asia, Africa and all Europe is well represented. There are numerous non-Italians who live in the country, offering a big choice of physical characteristics for every type of casting.
STUDIO AND EQUIPMENT RENTALS, TECHNICAL SUPPORT
With our 15 years experience in the film industry Locations with Groove has a wide network of partners, including excellent costume houses, equipment suppliers and a number of other providers.
Many items from different time periods as well as fantasy and military props and costumes are available for hire. Costumes can be tailor-made and reproductions can be arranged. Contemporary items can be hired from the stores.
All the technical equipment and supplies it uses are top international brands such as Panalight, Arri, etc.
TRANSPORT, CATERING AND LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
A full array of production vehicles is available, from cars – with or without drivers – to passenger vans, make-up buses, wardrobe buses, honeywagons, catering trucks, star motorhomes, mobile generators, grip and camera trucks, etc.
We have a special attention for food and catering, we can adapt the catering to any need (vegan, gluten free, ethnic recipes).
MOBILE AND SATELLITE COMMUNICATION
Mobile phones and walkie-talkies are available either for rental or purchase.
